What is the reporting channel for?
We want to strengthen our corporate culture and at the same time fulfill the legal obligation to provide opportunities to report misconduct in the company without fear of retaliation.
What is the Whistleblower Protection Act?
The Whistleblower Protection Act protects employees who draw attention to grievances, violations of laws, or internal guidelines from negative consequences.

The report
- The report can be submitted anonymously or with a name. The IP address is not transmitted.
- If submitted with a name, the whistleblower will receive feedback within 7 working days about the status of the investigation.
- Every report is carefully reviewed and followed up.
- A continuous processing number is assigned to ensure that every report is handled.
What can be reported?
- Violations of laws such as theft, fraud, coercion, threats, etc.
- Violations of ORLEN processes or internal guidelines such as mobbing, etc.
- Violations of labor law provisions
What should not be reported
- Problems with the Time App
- Payslip not received
- Salary not correct, wrong classification
